Adult-only, text-prompt service: Gen.Porn is for adults who are legally permitted to use adult AI generation services. We do not allow user image uploads, real-person likeness replication, deepfakes, revenge porn, or any underage or child-coded content.

1Eligibility

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, payment activity, prompts, generated media, and all use of the Service under your account.

3Service Rules

The Service lets users submit text prompts and generate AI images, videos, characters, and related outputs. Generation is probabilistic, so outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, or filtered.

No image uploads: You may not upload, submit, or request processing of photos, videos, screenshots, face images, body images, or likeness references of yourself or anyone else. Any older page, email, button, or description suggesting that image upload is available is superseded by these Terms.

4Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, request, share, or facilitate:

  • Content involving minors, underage people, loli, shota, child-coded characters, school-age framing, or any suggestion that a person is under 18.
  • Sexual content involving pregnancy with minors, breastfeeding, infants, children, family coercion, or any scene where a child is present or implied.
  • Non-consensual sexual content, sexual assault, coercion, humiliation of real people, revenge porn, sextortion, or similar abuse.
  • Deepfakes, face swaps, undressing, or sexualized depictions of a real person without explicit authorization.
  • Uploading, submitting, or requesting edits to photos, videos, screenshots, likeness references, or identity images of yourself or any other person.
  • Hate, harassment, threats, illegal activity, private personal information, malware, fraud, or content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Attempts to bypass moderation, automate abusive traffic, scrape private areas, resell access without permission, or interfere with service security.

5Moderation

We may use automated moderation, manual review, rate limits, filters, account restrictions, content deletion, and provider safety systems to enforce these Terms. Moderation decisions may block prompts, generations, uploads, accounts, or support access without prior notice.

6Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Credits are consumed when you use paid generation features. Pricing, credit amounts, payment methods, and availability may change over time.

Purchases are one-time transactions unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise. All sales are final except where we choose to grant refund credits, where required by law, or where a payment provider requires a different result.

7Content Rights

You are responsible for making sure your prompts and use of generated media are legal and do not violate third-party rights. To operate and improve the Service, you grant us the rights needed to host, process, moderate, display, store, delete, and transmit prompts and generated outputs.

8Data Retention

Generated content is typically retained for a limited period so you can view, download, or delete it from your history. You should download anything you want to keep. Deleted content and expired content may not be recoverable.

9Service Changes

We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, models, prices, credit packages, moderation rules, or availability at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific generation quality, specific outputs, or that a model will follow every prompt exactly.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gen.Porn and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
